exchanges & returns
Thank you for shopping at modelle moderne. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer you the ability to try out our products in the comfort of your own home. If the size isn’t quite right, the product doesn’t match your personal style, or for any other reason, we gladly accept returns for full refund or exchange (not including original shipment cost) within 30 days of the order date for unworn and unused products with original labels.
All non-final sale orders that have been shipped out or received by you are eligible for an exchange or return within 30 days of your order. Products that have not yet been shipped should be cancelled for full refund instead.
Free exchanges of different sizes are available for the same product as your original order.
While most products are available for refund, please take note of our exceptions. The following products are not eligible for exchange or return:
- final sale products
- products that show signs of wear
- products that show signs of use
- damaged products
- products missing original tags or labels
If we receive a product for return or exchange that does not meet our eligibility standards, no refund or exchange will be issued and the product will be returned to you.
Initiate an Exchange or Return
Initiating an exchange or return couldn’t be easier. Navigate to your account page and select the orders tab. Orders that have been shipped out or delivered will display a return/exchange button. Select this button, fill out the required information, and submit the request.

We will provide you a prepaid shipping label by email after we accept your return request. You will have one week (7 days) after we send you a shipping label to initiate shipment or we will cancel the return process.
receiving your refund or exchange
Once we receive your return and determine that it meets our eligibility standards we will refund the original product price and tax paid to your original payment method. Any original shipment costs will not be refunded.
If you are requesting an eligible exchange in lieu of a refund, we will ship the exchange to you via a method at our discretion at no cost to you.
